Our Formula for Care is made up of four core values.

They are simple rules and behaviors that help us stay true to our mission of providing the best care for our customers. Whether you’re serving a customer in the pharmacy or supporting our team behind the scenes, these values show us the right way forward.

Think of them as a way to make sure we’re all heading in the same direction – together. Feel free to refer to these values whenever needed to check if, and how, we still adhere to the guiding principles of Dr. Max Care.

  • I do not do things a certain way just because it is easier for me if it creates more difficulty or inconvenience for my customers. Their experience and satisfaction always come first.

  • I view every interaction with Dr. Max as more than just a transaction involving medicine. It’s any meaningful encounter that happens at any touchpoint with our customers.
